The Burney Group purchased the site in 2022 and obtained planning permission to build a new 12,080 sq ft Gym for The Gym Group.

Burney Group are pleased to announce that we have now completed the development for the Gym Group of a Brand new 12,080 sq ft Gym in October 2023. The Gym Group are now open and trading following their fit out in early 2024. The site also has the latest 4 Disability Compliant Electric Vehicle Charging Points provided by Instavolt.

We are pleased to welcome the new addition to our portfolio as this is the second site that we have developed for The Gym Group to compliment our site in Stourbridge, that we built for them in 2020.
