New Starbucks Drive Thru Development by the Burney Group.This Drive Thru was built for tenant 23.5 degrees by modular construction and was handed over in April 2019. The site will also house a Greggs Store which completed in May 2019. The Starbucks and Greggs are now both open and trading well. Instavolt have also taken up a lease with us for 4 rapid charging stations on the development.
