Travelodge & Starbucks Drive-Thru, Skegness

We are delighted to have received planning consent from East Lindsey District Council for an 80-bed Travelodge Hotel and a drive-thru Starbucks at the site of the former crazy golf course on South Parade, Skegness.

The Travelodge hotel will provide 80-beds over six storeys, with a publicly accessible bar/restaurant proposed that will provide panoramic views of the beach and coastline.

Alongside the hotel, a drive-thru Starbucks is proposed that will provide indoor and outdoor seating for customers.

This is an exciting project that represents significant investment to the Skegness area.

The Burney Group are now in the process of planning the construction programme and looking to break ground at the start of 2024.
