Travelodge & Starbucks Drive-Thru, Skegness

We are delighted to have submitted, a planning application to East Lindsey District Council that proposes an 80-bed Travelodge Hotel and a drive-thru Starbucks at the site of the former crazy golf course on South Parade, Skegness.

The Travelodge hotel will provide 80-beds over six storeys, with a publicly accessible bar/restaurant proposed that will provide panoramic views of the beach and coastline.

Alongside the hotel, a drive-thru Starbucks is proposed that will provide indoor and outdoor seating for customers.

This is an exciting project that represents significant investment to the Skegness area.
