Burney Group are delighted to have achieved a Planning Consent at their 6-acre Stanton Europark site next to Harwich Port and Enterprise Zone.

We can now bring forward phase 1 to include a 68 bed Travelodge Hotel,  2 new Drive-Thrus for Starbucks and Burger King, 2 new stores for Howdens and Screw Fix alongside 8 Electric Vehicle charging points.
